PRIVATE SESSIONS - 1 hour 

During your first private session you will gain a new spinal awareness bringing your spine towards new healthy alignments. Profound positive changes will occur in just one session as you begin to feel your spine inside you undulate, lengthen and support your torso.

THREE SEMI-PRIVATES - 1 hr. each - Two participants

 The third session takes place in your element - running the track, on your bike, skating, swimming, practicing your musical instrument, during a voice lesson or wherever you are searching for optimum spinal alignment

Course description: 

Each day 6 hr. learning. 

Small group only min. 8 min. - 12 max.  

Educational booklet included. 

During this workshop you will successfully learn how to release all superficial muscles surrounding your spine. When the superficial muscles release you begin to experience what it feels like to actually move directly from your spine, accessing the deepest muscles of each vertebra. With the superficial muscles no longer holding sections of the spine hostage, the spine no longer lends to movement and soon begins to strengthen. This movement happens at the deepest level and is an irreversible learning experience. Through this newfound spinal consciousness and neurological re-education your spinal movement becomes apparent playing an active role freeing itself from all previous limitations. 

If you are working toward changing your spinal alignment you must first have spinal consciousness.  All the braces, movement exercises, traction machines, Pilates, yoga or dance classes you participate in will have no lasting structural value unless you are consciously connected to your spine, strengthening and initiating your movement directly from your spinal vertebrae.

Educational book included! 

You will successfully learn how to: 

· Sense, feel and move from your  vertebrae.

Develop pure bilateral movements, training your spine to lead in rotational movements, assisting in your golf swing, tennis serve, hockey slap shot or dance performance.

· Achieve strong and efficient postural lift as you learn how to lengthen your spine by moving individual vertebrae evenly apart within unlimited natural alignments.

· Strengthen your spine using the force of gravity as a benefit. 

· Feel how spinal vertebra connect to one another and work together to move the entire spine. The same the fingers of your hand work together to play an instrument. 

· Through new vertebral strengthening exercises you quickly acquire undulating balance, flexibility and strength at each vertebral joint and a remarkably healthy skeletal system.

From this new awareness you easily gain confidence, manifest your full physical abilities and neurologically condition your body to be one with your mind!
